Whether you're bringing one team or several, all clubs are welcome, and touring sides are especially encouraged to join us for a fantastic weekend of rugby.
There will be plenty of food and drink available throughout the day, along with ample car and coach parking. Every player will receive a participation medal to celebrate their involvement.
Full details of the festival format, rules of play and facilities will be shared with participating clubs a few weeks before the event.
Payment
Once you submit your entry, you'll be directed to our secure Stripe payment page to complete payment by card. Your place at the festival will be confirmed as soon as payment has been received.
